For TxEIS users, this page is used for standards-based assignment grades.

For iTCCS users, this page is used for skills-referenced assignment grades.

The Assignment Grades Standards-Based/Skills-Referenced Report page allows you to view and print the report generated from the Assignment Grades Standards-Based/Skills-Referenced Report Selection page. The page can only be accessed through the Assignment Grades Standards-Based/Skills-Referenced Report Selection page. After you select options for the report, click Generate.

The page displays the report according to the options selected on the previous page.

If the assignment grade is excluded, the Exclude indicator red icon is displayed next to the grade.

If the assignment grade is marked as late or re-do (but not excluded), the Late indicator yellow (late) or Re Do Indicator yellow (re-do) icon is displayed.

If the assignment is incomplete, the incomplete icon icon is displayed in place of the grade.

If the assignment is missing, the missing icon orange icon is displayed in place of the grade.

If the report is too large to fit on one page, you must export the report in order to print the complete report.

Print the report:

1.        To save and print the report in XLS format (i.e., spreadsheet), click Export. A dialog box opens allowing you to indicate if you want to open or save the report in XLS format. Click Open or Save to continue. Otherwise, click Cancel to cancel the export.

2.        To print the report displayed on the page, click Print. The Print dialog box opens allowing you to select your printer and settings. Click Print to continue, or click Cancel to cancel printing.

If the report exceeds one page (in width), only the first page is printed. In this case, you should click Export to export the report to a spreadsheet, and then format and print the spreadsheet.

3.        To close the report, click Close Window in the report window. The Assignment Grades Standards-Based/Skills-Referenced Report Selection page remains open on your desktop.
